Overview

As a Field & Infusion Nurse at Cencora, you will be responsible for administering medications and supporting patients in home or specialty clinic settings, playing a vital role in improving health outcomes.

• Administer medications in home or clinic settings.
• Support and monitor IV infusion treatments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as RPN/LPN.
• Experience with IV therapy is an asset.
• Current registration with provincial licensing body.
• CPR certificate required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Valid driver's license and insurance coverage.
• Flexibility for pre-scheduled and last-minute appointments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in acute care or homecare setting is preferred.
