Wood is currently recruiting for a Lead Substation Engineer to design electrical substations of 13kV Distribution to 500 kV Transmission.

In Short

• Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

• Multiple positions available.
• Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.
• Candidate may reside and work anywhere in the U.S.
• Domestic travel required up to 20%.

Requirements

• Strong background in electrical engineering.
• Experience in designing substations.
• Knowledge of 13kV to 500kV systems.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required.
