We are seeking an experienced and driven operational leader to lead this restaurant franchisor with more than 100 franchised units.

• Manage a corporate/franchisor team of ~10 people.
• Support franchisees and add units/franchisees to the system.
• Set and execute the business's strategy.
• Oversee all aspects of the business.

• Interest in small business operations.
• Restaurant and/or franchising experience is a plus.
