In Short

• Freelance position supporting the Paid Media team.
• Advising on Paid Search and Paid Social best practices for the Nordic market.
• Working with clients in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
• 10-15 hours of work per week.
• Optimizing paid media campaigns toward client goals.
• Building campaigns across multiple paid media platforms.
• Attending calls and meetings with clients and the team.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest Ads.
• Experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Relevant certifications in major media buying platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable.
• Experience in supporting and training junior team members is desirable.
• Native level of at least one Nordic language and strong understanding of Nordic culture.
