Welo Data is seeking a Junior Designer + Video/UGC Editor to create engaging visuals that connect people and AI, supporting their mission to enhance data for AI models.

• Design social media assets that align with brand pillars.
• Edit UGC-style videos for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Maintain a consistent employer brand throughout the candidate journey.
• Support campaign launches with custom visuals.
• Ensure brand guidelines are respected while bringing fresh ideas.
• Support remote video shoots and organize design files.
• Have 1+ year of experience in design/video editing.
• Be proficient in design tools like Canva and Adobe Express.
• Understand social media trends and content performance.
• Communicate fluently in English; Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in design and/or video editing.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express).
• Good eye for clean, modern, and engaging visuals.
• Ability to edit short-form videos with subtitles and transitions.
• Proactive, organized, and open to feedback.
• Enjoy collaboration with various teams.
• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Applicants must be from Mexico.
