Project Lead Operations - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Project Lead Operations to help take our logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment processes to the next level.

In Short

• Drive key improvement projects across the operational chain.
• Analyze bottlenecks and implement changes for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams in Logistics, Pharmacy, and Supply Chain.
• Lead cross-functional projects for scalability and excellence.
• Map current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate data insights into actionable business improvements.
• Ensure compliance and efficiency in operational workflows.
• Participate in international expansion projects.
• Work closely with the COO on strategic initiatives.
• Encourage a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain project management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Experience with process optimization, Lean, or Six Sigma principles.
• Analytical thinker comfortable with data and KPIs.
• Hands-on and adaptable in a fast-scaling environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Full-time availability with regular presence in Hapert.
