Overview

Wavelength Strategy is a boutique digital firm dedicated to elevating digital persuasion and paid media strategy for Democratic campaigns and progressive organizations. Our team combines decades of campaign management and digital communications experience to help our clients move the voters they need to win.

In Short

  • Serve as the cross-departmental representative for the media team.
  • Manage and allocate projects across deputy directors of paid media.
  • Supervise and adapt the full campaign operations process.
  • Develop full-service, cross-channel media plans.
  • Work closely with partners to develop data-informed media plans.
  • Design targeting universes using the Voter File and online data sources.
  • Interface with media publishers and advertising partners.
  • Produce and review client-facing reports.
  • Oversee ongoing performance and optimization.
  • Communicate department needs to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong philosophy on the political paid media landscape.
  • Experience structuring and managing a political paid media team.
  • 6+ years in media planning and reporting on paid digital media campaigns.
  • 2+ years managing a team of media strategists or planners.
  • High proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Interest in using campaign research for media strategies.
  • Experience building ad reports and actionable insights.
  • Ability to test, optimize, and analyze campaigns.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills.
  • Passion for Democratic politics and progressive issues.
