We’re seeking a dedicated E-commerce Operations Specialist (Chinese Speaking) to be the friendly face of our brand for customers in Singapore and Malaysia! You'll chat with customers, solve their queries, manage orders and returns, and make shopping with us a breeze.

In Short

• Handle product listings, visuals, descriptions, pricing, shop decoration, and database maintenance across assigned marketplaces.
• Monitor stock levels, manage replenishments, process online orders, and coordinate fulfillment support.
• Prepare for launches, activations, and live sales; update product details, adjust pricing, and ensure timely execution of promotional plans.
• Utilize marketplace tools, track sales performance, and provide monthly reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance through email, chat, or phone.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Manage orders, returns, and exchanges with precision.
• Partner with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese and English.
