Overview

Visual Soft, Inc is seeking a qualified Senior SOC Security Analyst to work onsite with a federal agency, primarily monitoring and responding to security alerts.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is a requirement.
• Minimum of 4 years in SOC experience.
• Experience with network traffic analysis and log interpretation.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools and intrusion detection systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Industry certifications such as CEH or CISSP preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts, especially second shift.
• Experience with Wireshark and Splunk is highly desired.
• Ability to escalate issues as needed.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
