In Short

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP S/4HANA and ECC in a live production environment.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and defects within defined SLAs.
• Support service requests, configuration changes, and minor enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and propose solutions.
• Translate business requirements into SAP configuration or functional specifications.
• Support core SAP business processes from a Finance (FICO) perspective.
• Participate in regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Support knowledge transfer within the support team.
• Work in a dynamic and evolving organization.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of SAP experience supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting.
• A minimum of 10 years of involvement with a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud, S/4HANA Private Cloud, S/4HANA On Premise and/or ECC.
• Understanding of accounting business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in financial accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certification(s) in S/4HANA Finance & Accounting.
