• Research, design, and manage customized travel itineraries for clients.
• Assess client needs and preferences to ensure tailored trip planning.
• Stay informed on industry trends, travel restrictions, and best practices.
• Book travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and event tickets.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any booking-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on travel products and services.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (sales experience is a plus).
• Access to a smartphone with internet; a laptop is recommended but not required.
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for travel and willingness to learn about the industry.
