In Short

• Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for accounting and financial consulting.
• Consult, troubleshoot, and workshop accounting processes within QuickBooks and Filevine.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation of financial software including QuickBooks, Bill.com & Expensify.
• Guide clients through process development and best practices for internal financial operations.
• Support the core accounting team on client projects, including month-end close and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, ensuring clients understand financial workflows and tools.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to optimize financial processes.

Requirements

• Client-facing experience with a strong ability to manage relationships and communicate financial concepts.
• A background in accounting, with public or corporate accounting experience preferred.
• CPA exam passed (preferred but not required).
• Strong understanding of core accounting functions, including financial review and reconciliations.
• Experience in auditing and financial reporting, especially with Fintech tools.
• Exceptional Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data efficiently.
