Overview

We are looking for someone who loves to travel and help others with planning. From the comfort of their home or remotely.

In Short

• Review travel needs and desires of individuals to ensure a specially designed trip.
• Complete ongoing training to obtain and maintain certification for booking travel.
• Review budgets and plan trips according to clients' budget constraints.
• Book travel needs (airline, car rentals, hotel accommodations, cruises, event tickets, etc.).
• Communicate effectively with clients before and after the trip.
• Handle any issues that may arise during bookings and/or clients' travels.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Intermediate English.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients.
• Must have a mobile phone with internet access.
• A laptop is recommended but not required.
• Personal travel experience is a great advantage, but not necessary.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Must be a citizen or resident of USA, Mexico, Australia, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador.
