Requirements

• Extensive experience with z/OS and IBM systems.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and system debugging.
• Experience in disaster recovery planning.
• Ability to drive production control and scheduling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Mainframe storage and security.
• Ability to work in a remote environment effectively.
