Overview

The Product Expert will drive customer success with Veeva Regulatory Information Management (RIM) products, specializing in submissions and archiving applications, while collaborating with various stakeholders.

In Short

• Act as the product evangelist for Veeva RIM products.
• Stay updated with product features and roadmap.
• Contribute to best practices within the RIM product suite.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product vision.
• Provide education to customers in meetings and online communities.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback for product innovations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in the regulatory industry for life sciences.
• Experience with RIM applications and document management.
• Ability to translate customer requirements to technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English.
• Self-directed team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Based in Europe with ability to work across time-zones.
