Overview

The Financial Administration Employee is responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and project administration, including invoicing. The role involves preparing payments and maintaining contact with customers and suppliers in a professional and informal office environment.

In Short

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable.

Requirements

  • MBO+ work and thinking level, preferably with a financial qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting in a project-oriented B2B environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Customer-oriented and assertive communication skills.
