Overview

The Clinical Research Coordinator 3 (CRC 3) will provide leadership within the Comprehensive Care Physician (CCP) research team, overseeing research projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.

• Lead the CCP research team and oversee research operations.
• Supervise research staff and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support the Comprehensive Care Community & Culture Program (C4P) study.
• Hire and train research coordinators and manage schedules.
• Collaborate with informatics and analytics teams.
• Manage budgets and act as a liaison for Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions.
• Participate in research design and analysis.
• Produce reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Facilitate daily activities of clinical studies and manage data retrieval.
• Perform other related work as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of work experience in clinical research.
• Experience coordinating multiple studies.
• Strong technical skills and ability to create presentations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage interpersonal relationships and handle confidential matters.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
