In Short

• Travel to various locations to provide prescheduled mobile notary services at the convenience of clients.
• Verify the identity of signers and ensure that all documents are signed in accordance with state laws and regulations.
• Review and notarize estate plan documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all notarial acts performed, including keeping a journal of all transactions.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed notary public in Massachusetts.
• Ability to travel within a 45-minute drive of specified areas.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
