Senior Manager, Academic Technologies - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Academic Technologies is responsible for the operational management and implementation of the University's learning management system (LMS) and other supported academic technologies, collaborating closely with faculty, students, and staff.

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the University’s LMS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with LMS administration (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle).
• Experience in a higher education setting.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in technical support and process improvement.
• Ability to lead and develop others.
