SOX Manager - Remote

Overview

The SOX Manager will oversee the governance and oversight program for internal controls over financial reporting and ensure compliance with SOX and FDICIA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit or SOX compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of PCAOB and SEC requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Control testing experience preferred.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Master's degree is a plus.
