In Short

  • Manage designated pipeline and make outbound calls and visits face-to-face.
  • Negotiate terms, including rates and margins, and close new business.
  • Consultatively position our distribution platform and value proposition.
  • Engage with prospective customers appropriately to their needs.
  • Modify customer engagement to overcome objections and identify solutions.
  • Effectively represent our brand and platform.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales operations and account management teams.
  • Exhibit determination and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Travel to attend trade events and internal team meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with an online company.
  • Native Dutch with a good level of English.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven record of contracting new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with territory and pipeline management using Salesforce or another CRM tool.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Results-driven hunter mentality.
  • Proven self-starter with ability to deliver on initiatives.
  • Confident, energetic, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
