• Must be a graduate from an accredited US masters in nursing or doctoral nursing program.
• Hold active unrestricted RN and ARNP/DNP state license. Preference for providers with current Washington State license.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license.
• 2 years of clinical experience in primary care.
• Company provided professional liability coverage.
