Relocation Counselor II - Remote

Overview

The Relocation Counselor II (RC II) is the primary contact for our customers and clients in the domestic and global relocation processes. A RC II must combine highly refined interpersonal skills with a strong knowledge of domestic and/or global relocation processes in order to achieve a high degree of satisfaction with clients and customers (transferees) and to operate within fiscal parameters.

In Short

• Conduct needs analysis with transferees
• Consult on and administer relocation benefits
• Maintain regular contact with transferees
• Arrange travel for candidates and transferees
• Assist in finding rental homes
• Manage household goods process
• Provide home marketing assistance
• Meet service metrics and revenue expectations
• Escalate issues as needed
• Follow workflows for timely billing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years in relocation or related industries
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CRP and/or GMS certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize commitments
• Strong customer relations skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel as needed
