Requirements

• Valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC) or Mental Health Counselor License in California.
• At least two years of clinical experience post-licensure.
• Experience working with clients aged 65 and older.
• Proof of professional liability insurance required.
• Active NPI is necessary.
• Minimum of 5 hours per week availability.
• Comfortable utilizing technology for teletherapy.
• Existing Medicare credentialing is a plus.
• CAQH credentialing is a plus.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
