Overview

TITAN is looking to hire for Partner Channel Development (Salesforce Partners) to join our team in building relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets. The primary responsibility is to establish communication and collaborate closely with the Partner team to develop new partnerships and generate a fresh pipeline of opportunities.

In Short

  • Conduct market research into target industries, accounts, and roles that may or may not have been prospected in the past.
  • Navigate Salesforce to pull account lists to re-engage stale leads, bringing them back into a sales cycle.
  • Work a dedicated account list through an outbound sequence that includes calls, emails, videos, and social media outreach.
  • Become an expert in an ideal Partner Profile and source companies to convert to prospects.
  • Use traditional methods of communication, prospecting tools, and social platforms to interact with and target new prospects.
  • Schedule introductory calls with the Partner leads you generate.
  • Ensure qualified leads transition from your pipeline to the Partner Director’s pipeline to further the customer journey and buying process.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Salesforce experience
  • 2+ Years of experience with SaaS
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: A positive attitude, excellent teamwork abilities, and the capacity to engage with individuals at all levels, including key decision-makers.
  • Strong grasp of technology, a quick learner, and a genuine enthusiasm for tech.
  • Ability to work effectively across various time zones.
  • English primary language, and advantageous if multilingual.
  • Skilled in making proactive approaches to potential clients.
  • Strong understanding of channel programs, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem - must-have.
