Finance Planning & Analysis Leader - Remote

Overview

The Finance Planning & Analysis Leader is responsible for managing the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and intra-month projections; performing financial analysis processes for the Company; providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making by analyzing data, and creating financial models to project future performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Manage the annual budget process, including P&L and Cash Flows.
• Update forecasts quarterly and intra-month P&L projections.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
• Identify financial risks and recommend strategies for risk mitigation.
• Participate in preparation of financial reporting.
• Utilize FP&A platforms for financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance industry.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of healthcare insurance and finance.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Proven expertise in budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of FP&A software and systems.
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter who can work individually or in teams.
• MBA in Finance preferred.
• 5+ years of Financial Planning experience required.
• SQL experience is a strong plus.
