Requirements

• Minimum of three years of mortgage lending experience.
• Track record of closing three or more new purchase loans per month.
• Established referral base including realtors and past clients.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Favorable credit history and background check required.
