Overview

The Operations Officer for South and East Kent will manage relationships with partner organisations to ensure quality DofE programmes for young people, while working remotely and engaging with stakeholders.

In Short

  • Manage relationships with Licensed Organisations (LOs).
  • Ensure quality and inclusive DofE programmes are delivered.
  • Identify and develop new relationships with educational and community organisations.
  • Engage with a variety of stakeholders in person and virtually.
  • Work from home when not attending meetings.
  • Be an ambassador for the DofE.
  • Support young people's development through structured programmes.
  • Must live near the portfolio area of South and East Kent.
  • Full-time permanent position.
  • Salary range of £29,366 - £34,548 per year.
