Overview

As a doula in the Pomelo network, you will educate and guide expecting and new families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. You will play a vital role in improving birth outcomes by ensuring that families feel supported and empowered during this transformative time.

In Short

• Accept insurance hassle-free by credentialing you with health plans.
• Maintain a flexible schedule by choosing how many clients to see.
• Grow your client base with outreach support.
• Join a community of nearly 600 doulas.

Requirements

• Completed certification as a birth and/or postpartum doula.
• Experience with pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.
• Able to work virtually and in-person, including evenings and weekends.
