Requirements

  • Master’s of Social Work Degree from an accredited program.
  • Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required.
  • Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with MA licensure within 6 months.
  • Previous clinical social work experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse patient populations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of community resources and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.
