Overview

Tether and its affiliated entities are searching for an organized self-starter to join our Regulatory and Licensing team. The successful candidate is someone with a deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to the crypto-asset industry in the Latin America (“LATAM”) region, and who is excited by the opportunity to apply their existing regulatory experience in an exciting and dynamic business environment.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in LATAM.
• Experience in regulatory strategy development.
• Strong analytical skills for policy analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto-assets.
• Experience in regulatory advocacy is a plus.
• Ability to monitor and adapt to regulatory changes.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
