Balance Sheet Manager - Remote

Overview

The main purpose of this role is to enhance Tandem’s NII through efficient management of its balance sheet and supporting effective pricing decisions. The role will also support Tandem’s ILAAP.

In Short

• Manage balance sheet to optimize NII.
• Support pricing decisions and ILAAP.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Finance teams.
• Monitor lending origination and margin.
• Review pricing assumptions and proposals.
• Propose funding growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with liquidity risk framework.
• Prepare reports for ALCO and PRICECO.
• Lead annual ILAAP delivery.
• Support other Treasury and Finance areas as needed.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of balance sheet management.
• Numerical background with financial mathematics experience.
• Proven project coordination experience.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to create presentations.
• Self-sufficient and ownership-driven.
• Good commercial acumen.
