Remote Accountant - Netsuite (Part-Time)

Overview

This role is for an experienced accounting professional looking for a part-time, remote position that promotes work-life balance while providing accounting services to multiple clients.

In Short

• Part-time position (25-30 hours per week)
• Work from home during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST)
• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients
• Utilize professional accounting and bookkeeping practices
• Support client onboarding and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• 1+ years of experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite
• Experience in a multi-client environment preferred
• Ability to work during specified business hours
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Confidence in learning and using new technology
• Ability to adapt to feedback and coaching
