Overview

A Jack and Bore Foreman oversees and directs the installation of underground infrastructure, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget, while managing crews and equipment.

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Supervise and direct the work of jack and bore crews.
• Train and mentor crew members on safety procedures.

• Identify and resolve potential project problems.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.
• May be required to perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
• Railroad experience is a plus but not required.
• CDL is a plus but not required.
• 2+ years of experience with Jack & Bore machine.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
