Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis (statistical evaluations, gaps, benchmarks).
• In-depth knowledge of equal pay, gender equality, and diversity in the workplace.
• Ideally, experience in consulting or academic analysis.
• Proficient use of tools for organization, evaluation, and communication.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and appropriately for target audiences.
