Working Student in Finance (m/f/d) 20h/Week - Remote

Overview

We have established a student art market as a growth-oriented trading and platform company – not as a classic gallery. We mediate art pieces daily and consciously work with several scalable sources of income, including commissions, gallery rentals, advertising spaces, consulting services, and our own products.

We are a team of around 8 people and have been able to achieve significant growth each year. Our focus is on building structure, optimizing processes, and scaling. Art is our market – the work behind it is entrepreneurial, data-driven, and strategic.

For the Finance & Controlling department, we are looking for people who are not art experts but who master finance, take responsibility, and want to actively shape a growing company.

In Short

• Processing daily financial and payment transactions
• Preparing and checking transfers
• Writing invoices (for clients & artists)
• Creating offers
• Supporting in controlling (key figures, reporting, evaluations)
• Monitoring incoming payments
• Point of contact for our artists for inquiries
• Contributing to automations & process optimizations
• Actively thinking, suggesting improvements, and implementing them

Requirements

• Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or similar
• Structured and reliable working style
• Interest in learning new things and engaging with topics
• Enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
• Passion for numbers, processes – and teamwork
