Overview

We are a performance marketing agency specializing in social advertising for e-commerce companies. Our team of digital natives supports clients from the DACH region with creative advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

In Short

• Analyze social ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok and derive meaningful adjustments.
• Manage advertising budgets using the Meta Business Manager.
• Identify and utilize optimization and scaling potential.
• Work closely with the Creative Team to implement campaign strategies.
• Organize content planning and take responsibility for assigned projects.
• Ensure successful implementation of campaign concepts.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Administration/Marketing or a comparable qualification.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in social advertising, including media buying.
• In-depth knowledge of the Meta Business Manager and campaign management.
• Ability to analyze and interpret campaign results effectively.
• Strong numerical skills for identifying meaningful iterations.
• Organizational talent with a structured working style.
• Independent working style with a hands-on mentality.
• Good German and English language skills in spoken and written.
• Open and communicative personality with customer contact experience.
