Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for managing, organizing, and executing on-site a wide spectrum of international projects in robotic automation, ensuring adherence to methodology and client satisfaction.

In Short

• Manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for projects.
• Assess operational, technical, and financial feasibility.
• Conduct site inspections and meetings with clients.
• Monitor project progress and quality, making necessary adjustments.
• Manage operational staff and subcontractors on-site.
• Handle contract variations and claim management.
• Oversee budget management and invoicing.
• Identify commercial opportunities to enhance project revenue.
• Travel internationally for project coordination (20% of the time).

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art systems and techniques.
• Fluency in English; French and/or German is a plus.
• Strong communication and hands-on skills.
• Able to work independently.
