Overview

As a service technician in the field at Urbain Trade, you will be responsible for ensuring that coffee machines are operational and providing excellent service to customers.

In Short

  • Make customers happy with functioning coffee machines.
  • Work primarily within a 75 km radius of Amsterdam.
  • Daily coordination with planning.
  • Install machines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain coffee machines.
  • Record maintenance work and parts used in the CRM system.
  • Label new equipment for CRM registration.
  • Follow work orders as per the CRM system.
  • Ensure sufficient tools and parts are available in the vehicle.
  • Perform all tasks within the Technical Service department.

Requirements

  • Experience as a service technician or a strong technical background.
  • Valid driver's license (B).
  • Willingness to support colleagues with complex maintenance tasks.
