Overview

At Helder Vastgoed Alkmaar, you will work for a large housing corporation in Alkmaar and its surroundings, collaborating with 35 colleagues on approximately 17,000 real estate objects in Heerhugowaard, Alkmaar, Langedijk, and De Rijp. We provide daily repair maintenance, large-scale planned maintenance (such as renovation of bathrooms, kitchens, and toilets), and prepare homes for rental during turnover maintenance. In Short

• Perform various repairs and replacements in residential and commercial properties.
• Repair or replace copper and plastic water pipes, sanitary ware, drainage systems, and gutters.
• Install and maintain heating pipes and radiators.
• Locate and repair gas and water leaks in walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs.
• Ensure neat finishing and customer satisfaction with every job.

Requirements

• Experience in plumbing and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
