Overview

As a Senior Motion Designer at ST. ROBO, you will play a central role in developing high-quality animations and motion graphics that elevate our shows and experiences visually. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary creative team, providing conceptual input and taking responsibility for the creative implementation of complex projects.

In Short

Lead and implement challenging motion design projects in live entertainment, music, and immersive media.
Develop creative concepts and actively contribute to pitch phases and visual strategies.
Collaborate closely with the production team and mentor junior designers.
Independently manage projects from initial idea to final production.
Ensure quality and further develop our visual standards.

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in motion design, ideally in a leading or responsible role.
Excellent design and technical skills in creating visual content (2D/3D animation, graphic design, video editing).
Extensive experience in producing screen content for live events, music productions, or comparable fields.
Very good knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and relevant plugins and tools.
Solid experience with C4D or comparable 3D software.
Ability to translate ideas and sketches into compelling visual concepts.
Strong communication skills, team orientation, and enjoyment of collegial exchange.
Interest in real-time technologies like Notch, Unreal, or TouchDesigner.
Fluent in German and English.
