Spreetail is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving financial success by managing accounts receivable, improving cash flow, and shaping process improvements that make a real impact.

In Short

• Review weekly and monthly billing statements.
• Maintain a healthy AR aging report.
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting to Accounting and leadership.
• Develop strategies to mitigate credit risk and improve cash flow.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on AR analysis.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Exhibit integrity, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in Mandarin with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an accounting/finance role preferred.
• Experience in accounts receivable management.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
