Finance Assistant - Platform Services - Remote

Overview

Spreetail is seeking a Finance Assistant to assist with the tracking, payments, and analysis within our Europe Platform Service division, contributing to the growth of one of the fastest-growing ecommerce companies.

In Short

• Work closely with the Outbound team to understand outbound shipping costs and manage weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to track and monitor warehouse and personnel costs.
• Produce detailed invoices for service customers weekly.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice calculations.
• Ensure timely receipt of invoice payments from customers.
• Pull relevant data from systems and collate it for reporting.
• Create weekly performance reports for management review.

Requirements

• Able to work to tight weekly deadlines.
• Diligent with a high attention to detail.
• Confident in working with various stakeholders.
• Experience handling high volumes of data.
• Experience in invoice creation.
• Understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
