In Short

• Provide culturally sensitive, client-centered individual, group, and family counseling and rehabilitation services.
• Facilitate referrals to community resources and perform case management services.
• Develop culturally relevant assessment and treatment plans.
• Complete documentation per Medi-Cal, Santa Clara County standards.
• Participate in clinical supervisions and team meetings.
• Complete and maintain LPS 5150 Authorization certification.

Requirements

• ASW, AMFT, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist in California.
• Master’s degree in social work or psychology.
• One year of clinical experience in Integrated Behavioral Health.
• Experience in behavioral health counseling in a healthcare setting is desired.
