In Short

• Strategic planning and implementation of our social media strategy.
• Editorial planning, production, and publication of target group-relevant content (texts, graphics, videos).
• Independent content creation (both visual and textual).
• Developing and maintaining a content roadmap and editorial plan.
• Tracking, evaluating, and reporting KPIs with a focus on conversion and lead generation.
• Active collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Participation in events to produce content on-site and capture real stories.

Requirements

• Completed studies in marketing, communication, or a comparable field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Ability to create engaging social media content that contributes to strategic goals.
• Experience in developing and maintaining a content schedule and KPI tracking.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel for events.
• Ability to create diverse content formats for various channels.
