Requirements

• Certificate III or above in Aged Care or similar qualification.
• At least 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Ability to handle various clients' needs and provide emotional support.
• Comfortable with household tasks like cleaning and meal preparation.
• Must be able to transport clients to activities or appointments.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Must not take client challenges personally and maintain professionalism.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and confirm COVID-19 vaccination status.
• Excellent communication skills.
