Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

Are you a creative developer who enjoys solving tricky problems and building smart, secure software? We’re looking for a (Medior) Software Engineer to join our team.

We’re also open to junior candidates who show strong potential and a proactive mindset.

You’ll work on meaningful privacy-first software products used across the worls, and help us scale as we grow!

As a core member of our development team, you’ll collaborate with directly with the founders of Sendent. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a startup environment where your contributions have real impact and visibility.

In Short

• Build and maintain secure applications using Node.js and TypeScript
• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape user-friendly, privacy-respecting features
• Solve real-world coding challenges with creativity and persistence
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to our growing documentation
• Suggest improvements — in the product, codebase, and how we work together

Requirements

• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript
• Comfortable with Git workflows and code collaboration
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker who doesn’t give up easily
• Based in the Netherlands, able to travel to Den Bosch ±2x/month
