Overview

We are looking for a student assistant in web and graphic design to support our in-house marketing team in enhancing our digital presence and marketing materials.

• Work on modern, user-friendly websites primarily using Webflow.
• Optimize existing pages with a focus on UX/UI and conversion rates.
• Create graphics and animations for websites and social media.
• Collaborate on the development of corporate design and quality assurance of design standards.
• Stay updated on design and web trends to enhance visual communication.
• Work closely with marketing, creative, and development teams in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in design, web design, media design, or a related field.
• Initial experience in web design, preferably through internships or projects.
• Strong understanding of user-friendly designs and current UX/UI trends.
• Proficient in Webflow with experience in creating websites.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Creative, reliable, and service-oriented with high standards for results.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.
