Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in simulation model development, preferably in motorsport.
  • Strong coding skills in C/C++, and familiarity with C#, Python, Matlab, Simulink, or Modelica.
  • Expertise in numerical methods and optimization methodologies.
  • Knowledge in mathematical modeling, computational efficiency, and physical mechanics.
  • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
  • Team player with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Previous management experience is a plus.
  • Good understanding of engineering dynamics, thermal science, and fluid dynamics is beneficial.
