Overview

Parsons is seeking a talented Project Engineer specializing in Dry Utilities to support the planning and delivery of electrical systems for a major airport development in Saudi Arabia.

In Short

• Coordinate design and construction of electrical systems.
• Oversee daily site activities related to trenching and cable laying.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and procurement packages.
• Maintain documentation including inspection reports and as-built drawings.
• Supervise installation of electrical components and systems.
• Conduct inspections and document punch lists during construction.
• Support coordination with utility providers for approvals and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in power utility projects.
• Experience with aviation or mega infrastructure programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of power system design and substation implementation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and ETAP.
• Project Management certification (PMP) is an advantage.
• Experience with BIM coordination is desirable.
• Familiarity with SEC/NG standards and permitting processes.
• Working knowledge of SCADA and UPS systems.
• Prior involvement in Energization Coordination programs is a plus.
